ANNUAL CONFERENCE -
AYR - 2005
Representing us at this year’s annual
conference was Jim Harper who accepted the Efficiency Trophy which we won
and which he is holding in our second picture

speak.
On this occasion I can confidently
claim to speak not just for all the individual members of Branch 1355 but for
all those who have worked with; or benefited from the work and dedication of
James Clark.
Jim served in the Royal Air Force for
eight years before returning to civil life and becoming involved with the Air
Training Corps and with the Royal Air Forces Association. His forty plus years
of service were noted by the RAFA and he was asked to attend the Annual
Conference to accept the mounted Presidential Certificate recording his many
years of service to others.
Though a relatively new Branch we
appreciate we have access to his years of experience and his ever ready
willingness to help newcomers settling in to the RAFA.
